This Guide brings together all sources of Cambodian labour law into a single, comprehensive guide for the manufacturing sector. The Guide covers all major areas of Cambodian labour law, derived from the Labour Law itself, regulations of the Royal Government, international labour standards that have been ratified by Cambodia, and the Cambodian Constitution.

SUBDECREE On the Formalities and Conditions for Strong Acid Control   


Article 1. This subdecree aims to determine the formalities and conditions for sale, purchase, storage, transportation, package, bringing along and use of strong acid of all types which harm human health and life.

Law on Regulating Concentrate Acid   


This law aims to set out the regulation and controlling of all kind of Concentrate Acid that can cause harm on health and life of other persons.

Safety village commune/Sangkat Policy Guideline   


Safety village, commune/Sangkat has five criteria 1- No all kinds of stealing, snatching, rubbery 2- No producing and dealing illegal drug 3- No prostitute women and children trafficking and domestic violence 4- No gangster 5- No illegal game, using illegal weapon and crimes

Sub-Degree on Boeung Kak Land Dividing   


The sub-degree, signed by PM Hun Sen on Aug 11 and given to lake residents yesterday evening, divides Boeng Kak's 126.85 hectares of land into two sections, with 114.41 hectares going to Shukaku Inc and 12.44 hectares going to BK residents.

The Constitutional Council   


The Constitutional Council​ determines the Article 8 of the Law on the Aggravating Circumstances promulgated by Royal Kram No, 0102/004 dated 07 January 2002 is declared to be in conformity with the Constitution.
