Fair Trial Rights Club
The Fair Trial Rights Club (“FTRC”) consists of an eight-seminar course on fair trial rights, with each seminar considering a different right. The FTRC is open to Cambodian law students and recent graduates. Members of the FTRC have the opportunity to develop their understanding about fair trial rights, in the context of the Khmer Rouge trials. Current and future members of the FTRC will be empowered to promote greater respect for fair trial rights when they go on to work in the Cambodian justice sector, leading the way in improving the sector and strengthening rule of law in Cambodia.
