Publication : Report

The Project has collected and analyzed data from trial monitoring conducted at the Court of Appeal over one year – between 01 July 2014 and 30 June 2015 - to identify which fair trial rights have been upheld by the Court of Appeal and which are at risk. During this period, the Project monitored 128 cases.
