ILO Convention No: 29 Concerning Forced or Compulsory Labor

This convention's aims are to encourage states to abolish the forced or compulsory labor in their countries, and other mechanisms concerning to this issues. This convention entered into force worldwide in 1932 and in Cambodia in 1970.
