“Acquisition of Ownership” is the second land rights module produced by CCHR’s Cambodian Human Rights Education Project (“CHREP”). The module explains possession, ownership and procedures to become an owner of immovable property through sale, exchange, succession and gifting. Content for this module, which comprises a short video, infographics and quizzes in Khmer, is based on Cambodian land law.
