Journalists Killed in Cambodia
Impunity for crimes committed against journalists occurs when the government fails to bring to justice perpetrators of such crimes. The Cambodian Center for Human Rights urges the Cambodian authorities to take immediate action to ensure that effective, independent, and transparent investigations into crimes committed against journalists are conducted and that justice is served. Since 1994, at least 15 journalists have been killed in Cambodia. Justice for them has yet to be served. Information about these killed journalists can be found below:
