Publication : Report

The General Assembly, in its resolution 48/154 of 20 December 1993, entitled Situation of human rights in Cambodia, welcomed the establishment in Cambodia of an operational presence of the Centre for Human Rights of the Secretariat and requested the Secretary General to assure the protection of human rights of all people in Cambodia. On 1 October 1993, the Centre established its office in Cambodia in Phnom Penh.
