Chem Pich, alias Horn Keo Davy, 38, a moto taxi driver living in the Tonle Bassac quarter, was killed by a bullet in the head on the evening of 7 September, in front of the Cambodiana. On that evening, Chem Pich had gone out to join the demonstration in front of the National Assembly and subsequently joined protesters in front of the Cambodiana Hotel.
