The Cambodian Human Rights Network ("the Network") Project is a Cambodian Center for Human Rights ("CCHR") project, generously funded by Diakonia, which has been established in order to support human rights activism as a community level. The Project, which began in June 2010, facilitates training on human rights to grassroots activists working for Community Based Organizations ("CBOs").
