The Cambodian Center for Human Rights (“CCHR”) is concerned about the methods being used by the National Election Committee (“NEC”) to verify election results of the National Assembly elections held on 28 July 2013, and in particular with the lack of transparency regarding the original forms sealed in the so-called Safety Package “A.”
