On 11 September 2013, TMP held a radio show presenting the ‘Handbook on pre-trial and trial procedure in the Cambodian courts’ that was released by the project on 26 August 2013, seeking to provide an easy-to-understand overview of the requirements of criminal procedure as stipulated in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the public and legal professionals. Points raised during the radio show included pre-trial procedures (police interrogation, prosecution and investigation stages) as well as the trial process and appeal rights.
