On 28 August 2023 at 2:00pm, the Phnom Penh Appeal court will conduct the trial on the defamation through media case against Mr. Pen Noun who is the director of the Srotob Yukvakvey website. Mr. Pen Noun has been on the judicial harassment due to his professional fulfilling. He got charged of the defamation through media after he posted the land dispute between Mr. Ouk Kimly who is general military with four families in 2021. As result, in the judgement of the Phnom Penh municipal court, he was ordered to pay a fine of 3 million riels and compensation of 6 million riels to the military officer in 15 March 2022.
