Land Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Cambodia

“Land Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Cambodia” is the fifth land rights module produced by CCHR’s Cambodian Human Rights Education Project (“CHREP”). The module explains the various types of mechanisms to settle land disputes in Cambodia, including the commune/sangkat councils, cadastral commission, administration commission, national authority for land dispute resolution and court. Content for this module, which comprises a short video, infographics and quizzes in Khmer, is based on Cambodian land law.
