| Summary | On 24 April 2021, Lim Hour, the editor of BOKO news and Khmer 7 News, was summoned for questioning by the Siem Reap Provincial Court for publishing a post on Facebook which stated "Mr. Tycoon Ly Yong Phat has passed away". The Court was acting following the filing of a complaint, on 23 April, by Ly Yong Phat's lawyer. On 24 April, Lim Hour was charged with falsifying information under Article 425 of the Criminal Code and remanded in custody. |
