The Cambodian Human Rights Action Committee (CHRAC), a coalition of 17 local NGOs, urges the Appeal court to review immediately the killing case of 16 year-old girl named Khun Dina, the daughter of a Sam Rainsy party activist in Kompong Cham, that is belived to be done by the village chief named Gnuon On.
