The Cambodian Center for Human Rights condemns the reported blocking of controversial news blog KI-Media by the Royal Government of Cambodia.On 14 February 2011, The Phnom Penh Post reported that users of the WiCam ISP server who attempted to access KI-Media received a message stating that the site had been “blocked as ordered by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of Cambodia”.
