Phnom Penh, 17 July 2012- The Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL) and Neutral and Impartial Committee for free and fair election in Cambodia are deeply saddened and concerned the arrest of Mr. Mam Sonando- owner of Beehive Radio FM 105MHz as a serious threat to freedom of expression and association in Cambodia.
