This policy brief presents the issues raised during three round table discussions facilitated by the​ Cambodian Center for Human Rights (“CCHR”) on the subject of freedom of expression in Cambodia. It concludes with recommendations directed at the Royal Cambodian Government (“RGC”) for the improvement of the situation of free expression in Cambodia.
