U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues, Stephen Rapp, will visit Cambodia, September 12-13, 2012. During his visit, Ambassador Rapp will meet with court officers and other interested parties to discuss the support needed for the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) to fulfill its mandate.
