In the period of 2012 voter list verification and voter registration for the 5th mandate of National Assembly Elections in year 2013, The Neutral and Impartial Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (NICFEC) deployed 200 volunteer observers to monitor the process in 24 provinces with the aim of providing impartial information on voter list’s accuracy and analysis of the process for future improvement.
