The Cambodian Human Rights Action Committee (CHRAC)—a coalition of 21 NGO members—is very disappointed at the recent ruling of the Appeals Court on Mr. Mam Sonando’s bail application this morning, as well as the fact that some hundreds of peaceful protestors and supporters from different parts of the provinces who gathered to show support to Mr. Mam Sonando were denied entry to the court.
