On 27 February 2013, the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (“CCHR”) will host a Roundtable Discussion on “Freedom of Expression on the Internet” aimed at providing a platform to bloggers and those who work in new media to openly discuss trend of the internet usage and challenges to their free expression that they have faced within the context of their work.
