The civil society organizations who have been monitoring on the 5th mandate national election campaign noticed that the political situation has improved after having a royal pardon of H.E. Sam Rainsy by the King Norodom Sihamoni, which was based on a proposed letter by Samdech Prime Minister, and that is a contribution to ensure the equality in the free and fair election process.
