The Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Cambodia (“Cambodia”) today, 2 March 2011, ordered the provisional release of Thach Saveth from detention – albeit under judicial supervision – on account of a lack of evidence and the length of time that he has already spent in detention and has sent the case back down to the Court of Appeal to be re-considered.
