Results of voter scoring on the fulfillment of elected official’s performance against priority benchmarks for Odor Meanchey Province.
A sample of 78 voters1from districts in Odor Meanchey province (17% women) representative of communities including: non-governmental organizations, businesspersons, civil servants, students, and farmers, reported on their satisfaction with the performance of Odor Meanchey’s elected officials in relation to implementing the priority benchmarks for the province. In the majority of cases these benchmarks were felt not to have been achieved.
