    CCHR Hosts Forum on Election and Democratic Space

    On Thursday 21 October 2010, the Cambodian Center for Human Rights(CCHR) will be hosting a public forum on “Election and Democratic Space” (FOREDS) in Battambang.FOREDS is part of a program sponsored by United Nation Development Program (UNDP) aimed at strengthening democracy and electoral processes. The purpose of FOREDS is to provide a neutral forum for a wide range of stakeholders, including decision makers, electoral constituents and civil society to raise and debate issues related to the democratic and electoral process in Cambodia.
