    This repeated call is made based on the factual assertions contained in a Forwarding Order issued on 4 May 2012 by the ECCC’s former international Co-Investigating Judge, Laurent Kasper-Ansermet. In the six-page document, a copy of which is attached hereto, Judge Kasper-Ansermet clearly suggests that three sitting members of the Royal Government of Cambodia (the ‘RGC’) and one senior official in the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (the ‘RCAF’) should be investigated in connection with crimes committed in Democratic Kampuchea (‘DK’).
