Implementation Status & Results Cambodia Higher Education Quality and Capacity Improvement Project (P106605)
This ISR covers from the project effectiveness to the end of October 2011. The information is drawn from the February 2011 aide-memoire and an interim progress report submitted in November 2011. In addition, international standards provide important guidance on proper extradition procedures.
