After its initial report in 2002, the Royal Government of Cambodia submitted in 2009 its second periodic report to the Committee against Torture (CAT). Ahead​ of Cambodia’s review by the Committee in November 2010, the purpose of the present report is to provide a robust, collective analysis from civil society actors to raise awareness of the situation of torture and other illtreatment in Cambodia and other important issues in relation to the Convention against Torture (“the Convention”).
