Land Rights in Cambodia

“Land Ownership in Cambodia” is the first land rights module produced by CCHR’s Cambodian Human Rights Education Project (“CHREP”). The module focuses on various types of land ownership, including individual ownership, collective ownership, undivided ownership, co-ownership, public ownership and state private ownership. Content for this module, which comprises a short video, infographics and quizzes in Khmer, is based on Cambodian land law.
