  • Man arrested for rape in pigpen

    Pailin (The Cambodia Herald) -- A man was arrested and sent to Pailin court Monday morning after he had raped a woman over this past weekend. The crime took place at 9:00 p.m. Saturday night in a pigpen near the victim's house in the village of Ou Soursdey in Pailin. The suspect was identified as Bo Kheurn, 33, a blacksmith who works and lives in the area. The victim is 39 and a farmer, an official said.
