On Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at 6:30 p.m., U.S. Ambassador to Cambodia, William E. Todd, and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission Director Flynn Fuller will host a reception to mark USAID’s 50th anniversary and celebrate its 20th year in Cambodia. His Excellency Dr. Sok An, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Council of Ministers, will be the distinguished guest of honor representing the Royal Government of Cambodia.
