The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) is aninternational treaty which contains global minimum standards and ethical principles on how society should view and treat its children. It is a comprehensive statement of the rights to which children everywhere are entitled, and encompasses civil, political, social, economic and cultural rights related to children.The Kingdom of Cambodia acceded to the CRC in 1992.
