During Cambodia’s fourth Universal Periodic Review (UPR) in 2024, the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) supported ten of the recommendations it received pertaining to access to justice. Whilst this acceptance is a positive step, the effective implementation of these recommendations is now the primary aim in order to ensure access to justice for all.
