The Criminal Code of the Kingdom of Cambodia (Criminal Code) was adopted by the National Assembly on 12 October 2009 and agreed by the Senate on 17 November 2009. This Criminal Code aims at defining the criminal offense to point out the person who is responsible for crime and define the punishment and the process of sentence implementation.
