Universal Declaration of Human Rights: Dignity and Justice for all of Us

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948. Since then, in commemoration of this important event, 10 December is recognized as "the International Human Rights Day" each year. In 1993, the Declaration of Human Rights is included in Article 31 of the Constitution of Cambodia; therefore, this Declaration constitutes as part of Cambodian law. Within the Declaration, the UN states equally the literal and ordinary terms of rights for every human being. These are your rights. You shall understand about these rights by yourselves.
