កាលប្បវត្តិសិទ្ធិមនុស្សខាងក្រោមបង្ហាញពីការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនិងការរឹតត្បិតសិទ្ធិមនុស្សសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួនដែលបានកើតឡើងនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាពីឆ្នាំ ២០១៣-២០២៣ និងយកលំនាំតាមកាលប្បវត្តិពីមុនរបស់យើងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ ដល់ ២០១២ ដែលអាចចូលទៅមើលបាននៅទីនេះ។
ឧប្បត្តិហេតុដែលបានកត់ត្រាក្នុងកាលប្បវត្តិសិទ្ធិមនុស្សពីឆ្នាំ ២០១៣-២០២៣ បង្ហាញការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្សពីសំណាក់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជានិងភាគីទីបី។ ការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្សទាំងអស់នោះទាក់ទងទៅនឹងបញ្ហាជាច្រើនរួមមានការសម្លាប់ក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ការកាត់ទោសអ្នកការពារសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ការរំលោភយកដីធ្លី ការបណ្តេញចេញដោយបង្ខំ ការរឹតត្បិតសិទ្ធិក្នុងការជួបប្រជុំសិទ្ធិក្នុងការបង្កើតសមាគម និងការសំដែងមតិដោយសន្តិវិធី ការធ្វើទារុណកម្ម ការចាប់ខ្លួនការឃុំខ្លួនតាមអំពើចិត្ត និងការបង្កើតច្បាប់និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស។ ព័ត៌មានដែលកត់ត្រាទៅក្នុងកាលប្បវត្តិសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនេះត្រូវបានប្រមូលមកពីអត្ថបទព័ត៌មានទាំងជាភាសាខ្មែរ និងអង់គ្លេស ពីគម្រោងឃ្លាំមើលសេរីភាពមូលដ្ឋានរបស់ ម.ស.ម.ក ព្រមទាំងវិចារណកថា និងការវិភាគផ្សេងៗដែលបានចេញផ្សាយដោយអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ដែលធ្វើការលើបញ្ហាទាំងនេះ។
ការរៀបរាប់ដោយសង្ខេបនៅក្នុងនេះគឺមានអមដោយ តំណភ្ជាប់ទៅនឹងអត្ថបទសារព័ត៌មានដែលរាយការណ៍អំពីព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ឬការងាររបស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលដែលធ្វើការយ៉ាងសកម្មនៅក្នុងវិស័យនេះ។ សូមរំលឹកថាករណីដែលបានកត់ត្រាក្នុងកាលប្បវត្តិសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនេះគឺសុទ្ធសឹងតែជាករណីដែលមានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍ពីសំណាក់ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយឬអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលដោយសាវាមានលក្ខណៈលេចធ្លោ។
